The LBTEK five-axis fiber-coupled optical component mount provides several modular components that can be used to mount Ø12.7 optical elements, SM05 lens tubes, other SM05-threaded components, as well as 5 mm cubes and 12.7 mm × 12.7 mm × 1 mm flat optical elements. These modules can be easily integrated into the fiber coupler mount base, maintaining a constant beam height of 14.3 mm for the optical elements. All components feature two rigid alignment pins on the bottom, corresponding to the two alignment pinholes on the mount. Modules with alignment pins can be secured into the mount's holes. Once inserted, the mount's design ensures the optical elements are fixed at the appropriate height within the fiber system.

The LBTEK 30 mm coaxial system adapter BFOPM-30 is designed for fiber optic coupling assemblies, enabling the integration of our five-axis fiber optic coupling accessories with 30 mm cage systems. It features two pin holes that allow the optical component mounts from our fiber coupling accessories to be installed and secured using a 1.5 mm hex wrench. The mount includes two snap-in flexible clamps for attaching our Ø6 mm cage rods, which can be locked in place with a 1.5 mm hex wrench. The coaxial holes feature a snap-in design, allowing components to be easily inserted and removed without disassembling the entire coaxial system. When this mount is used within a coaxial system and the coaxial system is attached to the coupling system via the FP-OPM30 coaxial plate, all optical components maintain the same beam height of 14.3 mm. An M4 threaded hole at the base of the BFOPM-30 mount allows it to be secured to an OP-XX series post. Please note that this cage system mount is not compatible with fiber coupler accessories that exceed 19 mm in width perpendicular to the optical axis.

The LBTEK free-space isolator mount allows free-space isolators to be adapted to a five-axis fiber coupling system. The LBTEK extension rod adapter can be used to mount five-axis fiber coupler accessories onto OP-XX series extension rods. The BF-OP can be installed onto OP-XX series extension rods via the central M4 threaded hole of the adapter, thereby enabling the mounting of coupling accessories onto extension rods for free-space applications. The side features an M3 screw, which can be tightened using a 1.5 mm hex wrench to secure the mounting components.

The LBTEK BFR05A is a rotational mount compatible with fiber coupler mounting bases, designed to accommodate Ø12.7 mm optical components with a clear aperture of Ø11.4 mm. It features SM05 threads for mounting optical elements, Ø1/2-inch lens tubes, and other SM05-threaded accessories. This rotational mount is suitable for installing Ø12.7 mm polarizers and waveplates, with a white engraved marking area at the bottom for labeling mounted optical components. The BFR05A rotational mount offers a scale accuracy of 2°, supports 360° continuous rotation, and provides both coarse repeatable positioning and fine adjustment. The top includes an M3 hex screw for locking the rotational mount in place, while the bottom is equipped with two 3.175 mm locating pins for installation and precise positioning.

The LBTEK BFRP05A stainless steel high-precision rotation mount is designed for fiber coupling systems. The SM05-threaded rotating part of this mount features a knurled edge for 360° coarse adjustment. After securing the fine-tuning screw with a 1.3 mm hex wrench, precise positioning can be achieved by rotating the threaded subassembly at the top of the component using a 1.5 mm hex wrench, with one full rotation corresponding to approximately 1.3°. The main scale graduation accuracy is 2° per division, while the differential scale reading accuracy is 5′. It can accommodate Ø12.7 mm optical components, SM05 lens tubes, and other SM05-threaded accessories. This mount is particularly suitable for installing Ø12.7 mm polarizers and waveplates.

The LBTEK BFT4-5C and BFT4-1P four-axis adjustment mounts are designed for fiber coupling systems. The BFT4-5C is used to mount 5 mm edge-length cubes, such as polarizing or non-polarizing beam splitter cubes, while the BFT4-1P is designed for mounting flat optical components with a width of 12.7 mm and a thickness of 1 mm, such as beam splitters or mirrors. A dot is marked at the 0-90° midpoint for installing beam-splitting optical elements, ensuring that the coated surface of the splitter faces this dot. This alignment allows the incident beam to be centered on the mount for optimal beam splitting. Both mounts utilize UV adhesive for installation. These adjustment mounts enable precise beam alignment and directional control through pitch, tilt, and rotation adjustments. Three threaded mechanisms control the pitch/tilt and rotation of the mount, providing a maximum adjustment range of ±3°. The rotation direction allows for 360° coarse adjustment, with 5° incremental markings and a differential scale precision of 1°. After locking the fine-adjustment screws on the side, the top threaded mechanism enables ±12° fine adjustment at approximately 2° per turn. Additionally, when all three vertical threaded mechanisms are rotated equally, they provide ±1 mm vertical adjustment. All threaded mechanisms, including the fine-adjustment locking screws, use a 1.3 mm hex key, which is included with each mount. Furthermore, a spanner wrench is provided to secure the threaded mechanisms and prevent accidental movement. One of each tool is included.
