The LBTEK Stainless Steel Platform Mount offers long-term alignment stability advantages compared to standard mounts. The platform surface features nine array-distributed M4 threaded holes and one M4 countersunk through-hole for mounting optical components. Two M6×0.25 adjustment screws with locknuts enable ±4° pitch and tilt adjustment with 0.44°/rotation precision. The adjustment mount includes three M4 countersunk holes and can be mounted on posts in configurations suitable for left-handed, right-handed operation, or face-up orientation. A locating pin hole is provided for precise alignment.

The LBTEK Stainless Steel Platform Mount is made of 316L stainless steel, which undergoes heat treatment and stress relief. It features a low thermal expansion coefficient and long-term stability. The platform surface is flat, enabling high-precision angle adjustment. The platform surface has nine array-distributed M4 threaded holes. The through-hole and its adjacent two threaded holes are each equipped with two locating pin holes, allowing the use of standard Ø2 mm (m6 tolerance) locating pins to precisely align components in the threaded holes. The M6×0.25 adjustment screw with a locknut enables ±4° pitch and yaw adjustment with a precision of 0.44° per rotation. The adjustment mount includes three M4 countersunk holes and can be mounted onto a post in configurations suitable for left-hand, right-hand operation, or face-up orientation. The countersunk holes are accompanied by two locating pin holes for precise alignment in larger optical assemblies. The knobs on the adjuster are removable. Once removed, the included HWS-2 2.0 mm hex wrench with a knob or a standard 2.0 mm hex wrench can be used for adjustments, facilitating mounting in narrow or confined spaces.

The LBTEK Height-Adjustable Clamping Arm features a flexible design for pressing cubic optical components onto the platform, with adjustable arm height and a maximum clamping height of 62 mm. The post has an M4 threaded hole at the top and an M4 stud at the bottom for securing to the platform. Purchase includes one 2 mm hex wrench and one 2.5 mm hex wrench. The 25.4 mm beamsplitter cube is mounted on the MT-APM via a stainless steel clamping arm.
