The LBTEK compact five-axis stage is used to adjust the displacement of five axes: pitch, yaw, X, Y, and Z. All adjustments are made via screw assemblies, with two controlling yaw and Y-axis displacement, two controlling pitch and Z-axis displacement, and one controlling X-axis displacement. The screw assemblies feature 2 mm hexagonal holes that can be locked using a 2 mm hex wrench. Additionally, a base is included to raise the entire stage for use in other scenarios.

The LBTEK compact five-axis translation stage features a compact design, with five threaded adjusters mounted on one side panel allowing ±3.5° pitch, ±5° yaw, and 3 mm displacement in X/Y/Z axes. Among them, two threaded adjusters jointly control pitch and Z-axis, another two control yaw and Y-axis, while a single adjuster controls the X-axis. The stage's top plate is equipped with M4/M3 array threaded holes and a central M4 countersunk hole (reverse mounting), allowing M4 cap head screws to be installed from the bottom for securing other components. These pre-drilled holes accommodate accessories like the CA-3 clamping arm and MT-FLF1S mounting base. The stage base includes two M6 mounting slots for installation on optical tables or breadboards using M6 cap head screws. Alternatively, it can be elevated and adapted to optical platforms or breadboards using PYXYZ-A or PYXYZ-B adapter bases.

The MT-FLF1S stainless steel mounting base is installed on the PYXYZ five-axis translation stage.

The LBTEK mounting base is used for adapter height extension of the PYXYZ five-axis stage. After adapter installation, the PYXYZ-A achieves an overall height of 36.5 mm, while the PYXYZ-B reaches 60.3 mm. The PYXYZ-A features four M6 threaded holes in the center for connecting to the PYXYZ stage, with a central 8 mm through-hole designed for M4 screws to mount onto the PYXYZ stage surface. This allows installation of other accessories with M4 threaded holes, such as mounting bases or rods. Additionally, it includes two M6 mounting slots on the side for attachment to optical tables or breadboards. The PYXYZ-B is equipped with two M6 threaded holes on top for PYXYZ stage connection and four M6 mounting slots on the sides for secure installation onto optical tables or breadboards.

The PYXYZ compact five-axis translation stage is mounted on the PYXYZ-A.

The molded aspheric lens mount from LBTEK features female (M8×0.5, M9×0.5, or M12×0.5) for secure aspheric lens installation, with a boss design that aligns with translation stage top plate grooves for rapid positioning. The mount can be secured using optional FF05 retaining clamps and maintains a 12.5 mm optical axis height above the translation stage.

Place the LDI12 and aspheric lens on the PYXYZ five-axis displacement stage along with the OFB02-FPC fiber holder.

The AC270M adjustment plate acts on two thin molded aspheric lens mounts to achieve tight coupling.
