LBTEK Absorptive Neutral Density (ND) Filters (400 nm-700 nm) have an optical density (OD) range of 0.1-6.0. The AR coating effectively reduces reflected light energy. LBTKE filters are available in a circular Ø25.4 mm size, with thickness varying based on material and optical density (OD). The Ø25.4 mm filters can be mounted in threaded tubes or installed on 30 mm coaxial mounting plates (OPM-12.5BS) for use in LBTEK's coaxial systems. We also offer other mounting options with optomechanical components. LBTEK provides customization services for filters with special sizes and optical density values. LBTEK absorptive neutral density filters utilize Schott glass substrates that exhibit stable absorption rates across the 400 nm-650 nm wavelength range. These substrates are coated with anti-reflection film on one side (400 nm-700 nm), with the coated surface serving as the incident side to effectively reduce reflected light energy. LBTEK currently offers filters with optical densities ranging from OD0.1 to OD6.0, all with a diameter of 25.4 mm. They can be mounted in LBTEK standard lens tubes, fixed lens mounts, and various coaxial mounting plates. Customers can select the optimal mounting method based on different application scenarios. Note: The thickness of absorptive neutral density filters is for reference only, as the actual thickness depends on the optical density of the glass batch used.
