LBTEK High-Power Homogenizing DOE is a diffractive optical element made from ultraviolet fused silica material. Based on known incident light parameters, lens focal length, and expected output light parameters, the design phase is calculated through point-to-point mapping. Finally, the designed phase structure is introduced using surface relief technology to achieve shaping and homogenization of Gaussian (TEM00, M² < 1.3) incident light. Compared to liquid crystal polymers, ultraviolet fused silica offers low absorption and high damage threshold, making it more compatible with ultraviolet applications. Due to its advantages such as high uniformity, sharp edges, and high damage threshold, it has significant application value in various scenarios including laser medical aesthetics, laser processing, and surface treatment. High-power homogenizing DOEs are often used in combination with focusing lenses for focused beam shaping. Standard products are designed with a default focal length of f = 100 mm, with optional working wavelengths of 355 nm and 532 nm, and output spot shapes including square, rectangle, circle, and line.
