The LBTEK Polymer Annular Shaping DOE is fabricated using UVFS window substrates and liquid crystal polymer (LCP) material, featuring a sandwich structure of "front and rear glass substrates with an intermediate LCP functional film layer." Within the LCP layer, the fast-axis orientation of the liquid crystal molecules generally follows a pattern of radial uniformity and continuous angular gradient across the substrate, maintaining a consistent λ/2 retardation across the entire device plane. The polymer annular shaping DOE undergoes specialized phase optimization and material upgrades for industrial applications, supporting customized point-ring energy distribution. It offers advantages such as high efficiency, stability, ease of operation, and a high damage threshold, while also delivering excellent temperature stability and a wide range of incident angles. LBTEK provides standard polymer annular shaping DOEs with design wavelengths λ at 532 nm and 1064 nm (with actual operational wavelengths extendable to 515-540 nm and 1030-1080 nm, respectively) and annular orders (m) of 1, 2, and 4. Additionally, LBTEK supports flexible customization of parameters to meet diverse application requirements. For details, please consult LBTEK Technical Support.
