The LBTEK 2-inch vacuum series optical mounts are designed for mounting optical components with a diameter of 50.8 mm and can be installed in either left- or right-handed configurations. The optical components are secured using flexure spring plate and fixing screws, or alternatively with retaining rings. The M6×0.25 precision adjusters provide the mount with an angular adjustment range of ±4°. The VSS series features a unique vacuum structural design, allowing it to be directly used in a 10^(-6) Torr vacuum environment at 23℃ after unpacking. For applications in vacuum environments ranging from 10^(-6) Torr to 10^(-9) Torr, it is recommended to bake the product at 110℃ for 5 hours before use to remove any attached grease and moisture. Note: All VSS products are pre-baked before leaving the factory, which may result in varying degrees of light yellow discoloration. This appearance is normal and does not affect vacuum performance. Avoid contact with greasy or moist objects when using this series of products.

LBTEK 2-inch Vacuum Stainless Steel Lens Mount, compatible with Ø50.8 mm optical components. Two low-deformation mounting options available: VSS-MT-AM2 uses flexible spring plates and set screws for fixation, with a minimum optical component thickness of 4 mm; VSS-MT-AM2T employs a retaining ring for direct fixation, and one stainless steel retaining ring is included with the mount purchase. The maximum thickness for ring-fixed optical components should not exceed 12 mm. Features three M6×0.25 precision adjusters with knobs, allowing adjustment of optical component pitch and yaw via hex key or knobs. The optical mount has M4 countersunk mounting holes on the side. Purchase of LBTEK stainless steel lens mount includes vacuum hex screws (with vent holes) and a hex key.

The 2-inch vacuum lens mount can be used with vacuum rods and vacuum gapless clamping blocks

LBTEK 2-inch Vacuum Stainless Steel Lens Mount for mounting 50.8 mm diameter optical components. The optical component is secured via flexible spring leaves and set screws. Two M6×0.25 fine adjusters provide the mount with an angular adjustment range of ±4°. The knobs can be adjusted by hand or with a hex key. The side of the optical mount features M4 countersunk mounting holes. Purchasing the LBTEK Stainless Steel Lens Mount includes vacuum-compatible hex socket screws (with vent holes) and a hex key.

2-inch vacuum lens mounts can be used with vacuum connecting rods and vacuum gapless clamps.
