The LBTEK fixed vacuum optical mount is suitable for optical paths that do not require adjustment of the optical component's angle. It can be used to mount Ø25.4 mm optical components, which are secured via flexible spring clips and fixing screws. The mount is made of heat-treated 316L stainless steel, featuring a low thermal expansion coefficient and long-term stability advantages. The base includes M4 threaded mounting holes for connecting to Ø12.7 mm or Ø25 mm vacuum stainless steel optical posts. The VSS series adopts a unique vacuum structural design. At 23°C, it can be directly used in a 10^(-6) Torr vacuum environment after unpacking. For applications in 10^(-6) Torr to 10^(-9) Torr vacuum environments, it is recommended to bake the product at 110°C for 5 hours before installation to remove any attached grease or moisture. Note: All VSS products are pre-baked before shipment, which may result in varying degrees of light yellow discoloration. This appearance is normal and does not affect vacuum performance. Avoid contact with greasy or moist objects when using this series of products.

LBTEK Fixed Vacuum Stainless Steel Optical Mount is designed for mounting optical components with a diameter of Ø25.4 mm. The optical component mounting slot features a cutout to increase the clear aperture, making it particularly suitable for installing beam splitters at a 45° angle of incidence, as well as mirrors. The optical component is secured by flexible spring leaves and fixing screws, ensuring stable mounting. The VSS-MT-FLF1S mount accommodates optical components with a minimum thickness of 2 mm, provides a clear aperture of 23 mm, and has a center distance of 19 mm from the base to the optical component. The mount base includes M4 threaded mounting holes and comes with M4 vacuum screws (with air holes) for connecting to Ø12.7 mm or Ø25 mm vacuum optical posts.

The fixed vacuum optical mount is used in conjunction with vacuum rods and vacuum clamps.
