LBTEK provides fixed elliptical optical mounts suitable for mounting elliptical optical components, enabling 90-degree deflection of the optical path. The 45° fixed elliptical optical component mount features two vertical through-holes, which can be used to install elliptical mirrors and beam splitters. The right-angle adjustable mount allows elliptical optical components to be installed at 45° into coaxial systems or lens barrels. The FH45E1 and FH45E05 are designed for elliptical optical components with a major axis of 35.9 mm, minor axis of 25.4 mm, and thickness of 5.5 mm, and a major axis of 18.0 mm, minor axis of 12.7 mm, and thickness of 6 mm, respectively. The coaxial system elliptical optical mount is compatible with 30 mm and 60 mm coaxial systems, suitable for fixing elliptical optical components with a major axis of 35.9 mm and minor axis of 25.4 mm, and a major axis of 71.8 mm and minor axis of 50.8 mm, respectively.

The Fixed 45° Elliptical Mount provided by LBTEK can accommodate elliptical optical components measuring 35.9 mm (major axis) × 25.4 mm (minor axis) × 5.5 mm (thickness), and another at 18 mm(major axis) × 12.7 mm(minor axis) × 6 mm(thickness). The 1-inch fixed elliptical mount features bottom and rear clear apertures of 10.2 mm and 16.7 mm, while the 0.5-inch fixed elliptical mount has bottom and rear clear apertures of 9.1 mm and 10.7 mm. The mount is compatible with standard O-type mirror holders. Note: Gently tighten the M2.5×10 and M2×4 cylindrical head socket screws using the long side of a hex key (torque must not exceed 2 cN·m to to prevent edge damage), securing the optical component with the pressure cap. When the optical component is secured under compression, a gentle push does not cause loosening, and placing the component on its side does not result in falling.

The Fixed 45° Elliptical Mount is commonly used for securing elliptical mirrors.

The LBTEK Coaxial System Right-Angle Mirror Mount is designed for 45° elliptical mirrors, compatible with 30 mm coaxial systems and suitable for compact system integration. The mount features SM1 tapped holes on both input and output end faces, compatible with Ø25.4 mm lens tubes. Its bevel accommodates elliptical optical components (major axis 35.9 mm, minor axis 25.4 mm, thickness 6 mm). Optical components are secured by spring-loaded set screws (screw penetration depth adjustable for component thickness). Three integrated adjusters provide ±4º pitch/yaw adjustment and ±2.5 mm linear displacement. The end faces are perpendicular, compatible with Ø6 mm coaxial rods, available in smooth bores or threaded holes configurations.

The mount features SM2 tapped holes on both input and output end faces, compatible with SM2 lens tubes. Its bevel accommodates elliptical optical components (major axis 71.8 mm, minor axis 50.8 mm, thickness 12 mm).The optical component is secured by side rubber-tipped set screws and an arm-mounted rubber-tipped screw (screw penetration depth adjustable for component thickness). Three integrated adjusters provide ±3° pitch and yaw adjustment and ±3 mm linear translation. The end faces are perpendicular with smooth bores, compatible with Ø6 mm coaxial posts. Side-mounted M6 and M4 tapped holes enable mounting onto optical posts.
