The ICSM-RT1A Electric Precision Rotary Stage provided by LBTEK adopts a two-phase stepper motor, integrates a precision controller internally, and features a compact structure, achieving ±0.003° unidirectional repeatability and a maximum speed of 20°/s. The ICSM-RT1A has four M3 threaded holes on each side of the housing for mounting Ø6 mm coaxial posts, enabling the rotation of Ø1-inch optical components or SM1 lens tubes within a fixed 30 mm coaxial system. LBTEK offers various stage-compatible adapters, expanding the application scenarios of the electric precision stage. In the event of a power outage, this stage can be manually adjusted via the knobs on the side of the housing, and the stage position can be observed using the vernier scale on the stage surface (the main dial is graduated in 2°, and the vernier scale is graduated in 0.2°). Simultaneously, when used with the ICSM-RT1x PC software provided by LBTEK, this stage can achieve various motion functions and supports secondary development in languages such as C/C++, LabVIEW, C#, and Python.

The ICSM-RT1 electric precision rotary stage provided by LBTEK is a compact stage that can be used to rotate Ø25.4 mm optical components or SM1 lens tubes in a 30 mm coaxial system. Both sides of the ICSM-RT1 fixed housing are equipped with four M3 threaded holes for securing 30 mm coaxial rods, ensuring that other optical components in the coaxial system remain stationary while the optical element rotates. The rotatable SM1 hole of the stage is through-hole, and optical components with a thickness ≤25 mm can be secured inside the SM1 hole using the two included SM1R retaining rings. This stage can be controlled via software or buttons, with button functions selectable through software. It can be set to rotate by a specific angle or to a designated angle. Additionally, pressing and holding both the Reverse and Forward buttons on the side of the stage for two seconds will reset the stage to the "home" position. A rotary dial is located on the side of the stage for manual angle adjustment. The dial consists of a main scale and a vernier scale, with the main scale marked at 2° and the vernier scale at 12 arcmin, facilitating more precise angle adjustments. After manual adjustment using the knob, the stage's recorded positioning data will be lost. If software control is required afterward, a homing operation must be performed first. The ICSM-RT1 can be directly mounted onto Ø12.7 mm, Ø25 mm, or other optical rods via the M4 threaded holes on its side. For installation, two Ø6 mm coaxial mounting rods can be used to align multiple electric precision rotary stages along the coaxial direction. LBTEK offers various mounting adapters to meet different installation needs. For example, the ICSM-RT1A1 platform mounting adapter can be used to connect the ICSM-RT1 to a breadboard, the ICSM-RT1A2 rotary platform adapter can be fixed onto the stage's dial and provides various threaded holes and keyways for mounting other components, and the ICSM-RT1A3 coaxial system adapter can be used to connect the ICSM-RT1 to a 60 mm coaxial system.
