Product Description
  • The mirror mount is equipped with 2 piezoelectric actuators for adjustment, featuring piezoelectric fine-tuning capability.
  • The piezoelectric actuator includes a knob for manual adjustment, with a 2mm hex socket on the end face for a wrench.
  • Drive cables and controller are included.
  • Optical mount with piezoelectric actuator, angular adjustment range ±3°, ±4°
  • Can accommodate Ø1 inch or Ø2 inch lenses.
These optical adjustment mounts feature a piezoelectric drive adjustment design, utilizing inertia and friction to drive the adjustment screws. These piezoelectric drive adjusters are equipped with a power-off self-locking function, making them highly suitable for applications requiring long-term stability. These mounts offer a wide angular adjustment range (±4°, ±3° optional), with a typical step size of 10-30 nm. Using the accompanying piezoelectric motion controller and software, the single-step size can be flexibly adjusted within approximately ±20% of a 10 nm reference value. The piezoelectric actuators come with knobs for manual adjustment. The set includes 2 piezoelectric screws (PTP09) and 1 controller for the piezoelectric screw actuator kit (sold separately by our company).

Piezoelectric two-axis optical mount, set screw fixation type
  • 2 knurled knobs, 1/4-80 piezoelectric precision driver design, large piezoelectric adjustment angle range, high adjustment resolution
  • The driver comes with a cable and is controlled through our company's matching controller and software
  • The driver maintains its position when powered off
  • Compatible with Ø1 inch (25.4 mm) or Ø2 inch (50.8 mm) mirrors
  • Fixed with M4 rubber-tipped set screws for mounting optical components
  • M4 countersunk holes for mounting onto posts and other optomechanical components with M4 threaded holes

The AMM-1B-E and AMM-2B-E optical mounts feature two knurled knobs and a 1/4-80 piezoelectric precision drive design, offering a large piezoelectric angular range and high adjustment resolution. The mount's angular range is selectable at ±3° or ±4°, achieved through both piezoelectric and manual adjustment. The typical step size is 10-30 nm. Using the accompanying piezoelectric motion controller and software, the single-step size can be flexibly adjusted within approximately ±20% of a 10 nm baseline value.

The piezoelectric precision drive self-locks when power is off, making it ideal for applications requiring sub-micron resolution and long-term alignment stability for operation and locking. Manual adjustment is possible at any time as long as the piezoelectric drive is not actively translating the screw.

These piezoelectric mirror mounts come with a controller. They are part of a piezoelectric screw actuator kit including 2 PTP09 piezoelectric screws and 1 controller (sold separately by our company).

The AMM-1B-E is for Ø1 inch optical components, and the AMM-2B-E is for Ø2 inch optical components. Each mount includes an M4 tipped set screw with a 2 mm hex for securing optical components with a minimum thickness of 3 mm. M4 countersunk holes on the side of the mount facilitate installation onto posts and other optomechanical components with M4 threaded holes in either right-hand or left-hand orientations.
