  • Working wavelength: Calcite, α-BBO
  • Working wavelength: 200 nm-3.0 μm
  • Air-spaced structure
  • Side polished, with escape window
LBTEK Glan-Laser Crystal Polarizing Prisms are composed of two prisms made of the same type of negative uniaxial crystal (no > ne) with parallel optical axes, which can be used to output linearly polarized light with high extinction ratio. The Glan-Laser Crystal Polarizing Prism features an air gap structure in the middle, pre-installed in a black anodized mechanical housing with an escape window on the side, making it suitable for high-power applications. When unpolarized light is incident, a beam of linearly polarized light (e-light) with high extinction ratio can be obtained at the transmission end, while the light emitted at the reflection end is not pure o-light but also contains some e-light. Currently, LBTEK Glan-Taylor Crystal Polarizing Prisms are available in two clear apertures (Ø10 mm and Ø5 mm) and four operating wavelength ranges (350 nm-2.3 μm, 200 nm-300 nm, 300 - 700 nm, 700 nm-3.0 μm). Additionally, LBTEK offers customization services for operating wavelengths and dimensions. For customization requirements, please contact LBTEK Technical Support.

LBTEK Glan·Laser Crystal Polarizing Prisms are used to output linearly polarized light with high extinction ratios. LBTEK offers Glan·Laser Crystal Polarizing Prisms with clear apertures of Ø5 mm and operating wavelengths of 350 nm-2.3 μm (AR coating 1064 nm), 220 nm-300 nm (AR coating 245 nm), 300 nm-700 nm (AR coating 532 nm), and 700 nm-1100 nm (AR coating 850 nm). Additionally, LBTEK Glan·Laser Crystal Polarizing Prisms are pre-installed in a black anodized mechanical housing that is not detachable. The housing features a through escape window for collecting reflected light. One end of the housing is engraved with SM05 external threads and includes a retaining ring, allowing for reverse locking and control of the prism's polarization direction. The other end is an optical arm. Both ends are compatible with LBTEK adjustment mounts for convenient customer use.

LBTEK Glan·Laser Crystal Polarizing Prisms are used to output linearly polarized light with high extinction ratio. LBTEK provides Glan·Laser Crystal Polarizing Prisms with clear aperture of Ø10 mm, operating wavelength of 350 nm-2.3 μm (coating 1064 nm), 200 nm-300 nm (coating 245 nm), 300 nm-700 nm (coating 532 nm), 700 nm-1100 nm (coating 1064 nm), and 700 nm-3.0 μm (coating 1064 nm). Meanwhile, LBTEK Glan·Laser Crystal Polarizing Prisms are pre-installed in a black anodized mechanical housing, which is non-removable. The housing features a through escape window for collecting reflected light. One end of the housing is engraved with SM1 external threads and comes with a retaining ring, which can be reversely locked to control the polarization direction of the prism. The other end is a smooth wall, both of which can be matched with LBTEK adjustment mounts for convenient customer use.
