LBTEK Clear-Edge Optical Mount for optical components with diameters of 12.7 mm, 25.4 mm, and 50.8 mm, compatible with both left and right-handed installations. The optical components are secured via the mount's rubber-tipped screws, and the clear-edge design ensures unobstructed close-proximity beam reflection without obstruction from the mount's front plate. The AMM3 series mount offers an angular adjustment range of ±4°, featuring an increased backplate thickness for enhanced stability compared to LBTEK's Standard Two-Axis Optical Mounts. It includes three precision adjustment screw pairs, with threaded bushings equipped with a locking mechanism. These locking screws can be secured using a 2.0 mm hex key. The ACMM series mount provides a ±5° angular adjustment range and supports quick-replacement adjusters, accommodating various adjustment screws, micrometers, and electric actuators.

Each side or bottom of the Clear-Edge Optical Mount features an M4 countersunk mounting hole. Purchasing the LBTEK Clear-Edge Optical Mount 1-inch and 2-inch series includes two M4 socket head cap screws and one each of 1.5 mm and 2.0 mm hex keys.

LBTEK AMMC-2C Center-Type Clear-Edge Mount, featuring a smooth bore without threads and a semi-open design, allows the beam to reflect from one mount to another at a small incident angle θ. Optical components are secured using set screws. The mount base is equipped with both M4 countersunk holes and M6 threaded holes for compatibility—M4 countersunk holes connect to optical posts with M4 threaded holes, while M6 threaded holes connect to posts with M6 threaded holes. The centerline of the optical component mounting surface aligns with the center of the post's mounting hole, simplifying the beam alignment process.

By positioning the center of the optical component at the corner where the actuator axes intersect and making equal adjustments to two adjacent actuators, the mount enables movement in any direction. This series of mounts allows for quick replacement of adjusters to accommodate various types of adjustment screws, micrometers, and motorized actuators. Convenient side clearance mounting holes compatible with M4 screws provide faster, more precise, and more secure installation. Each mount features one M4 threaded hole on either the side or the bottom. The purchase of an LBTEK Clear-Edge Corner Optical Mount includes one 2.0 mm hex key.
