The 25 mm aluminum profile slide from LBTEK allows for the construction of three-dimensional compact structures. Featuring slides on all four sides, it can be installed in combination with related profile accessories and mechanical components, enabling the sliding of mechanical components along it. For example, one can use rectangular nuts to mount mechanical components with M6 or M4 through holes onto the slide. Additionally, it can be assembled with black cardboard, breadboard, and profile accessories to form enclosures that surround optical systems.

The aluminum construction cube from LBTEK is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, providing high stiffness and making it particularly suitable for robust structures. It features three M6 countersunk holes on its sides, allowing for the connection of up to three AP25LXXX aluminum profiles using three M6 thin head screws included in the package to form a basic enclosure. The TC-1B model features grooved corners, into which black rigid plates can be inserted into the components of assembled enclosure.

The connector for aluminum profile slide from LBTEK can stably connect and extend aluminum profiles. Its shape is specifically designed to be compatible with AP25ALXXX aluminum profiles. The connector is secured using M4 set screws and can be operated with a 2 mm hex key.

The nut for aluminum profiles from LBTEK allows for the installation of both aluminum profiles and accessories, and also enable other mechanical components to be mounted onto the profiles. This nut can slide and be locked within the profile grooves. Installation and removal are restricted to the profile end face only. It is recommended to preliminarily fix the nut onto the mechanical component to be installed before embedding it into the profile groove.

Baffle plate from LBTEK is lightweight and capable of blocking unnecessary light. When used in combination with aluminum profiles and other accessories, they can be used to build an enclosed darkroom. Currently, two types of baffle plates are available: BCA1 with dimensions of 580 mm × 840 mm and a thickness of 1.5 mm, which can be cut with scissors to build a suitable enclosure. BCA2 with dimensions of 600 mm × 600 mm and a thickness of 5 mm, offering higher rigidity and featuring a foam core that helps absorb noise to some extent while remaining easy to cut for constructing enclosure. Note that due to the special material and large size of the foam board, minor dents or marks may be present, but they do not affect overall rigidity or functionality, and the other side is film-coated for added protection. Recommended assembly methods: 1. Insert the cut baffle plate into aluminum profiles (suitable for both types). 2. For a larger enclosure (greater than 300 mm), drill slots at appropriate positions along the edges of the cut baffle plate and secure it firmly to the profiles using M6 screws and AP25N1 nuts for enhanced stability (only applicable to BCA1).

The hinge from LBTEK is designed to connect two aluminum profiles while enabling an openable/closable  function for constructing operable enclosure. During assembly, loosen the nut and screw to create sufficient clearance, insert the hinge from one end of the aluminum profile, then slide it along the groove to the desired position and tighten. When used with the baffle plate AP25B1, the opening/closing angle of the enclosure can be limited to 60°.

The right-angle bracket from LBTEK, machined from a solid aluminum block with mounting slots, offers high precision and rigidity. Designed primarily for reinforcing aluminum profile slide connection, it also serves as a small-sized right-angle adapter plate. The purchase comes with two M6 socket head cap screws.

The acrylic optic enclosure from LBTEK is constructed from transparent acrylic glass, offering exclent visibility of the internal devices or components while shielding them from external interference. Currently available is a 525 mm × 375 mm × 300 mm (L × W × H) model featuring a slide door. This enclosure is designed for perfect mounting to the MBB-4560 breadboard (sold separately). The enclosure from LBTEK is shipped in semi-knocked down condition with the aluminum frame and acrylic panel for the top cover pre-assembled, while the vertical profiles and remaining acrylic panels remain unassembled. For final assembly, erect the enclosure structure and invert it to align the four countersunk holes of the breadboard with the central M6 tapped holes in the aluminum profiles, and secure with screws. Alternatively, the enclosure can be mounted on an optical stage using AP25R1 to form a complete enclosure.

Profile corner plate from LBTEK is machined from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, offering high stiffness and specifically suitable for high strength structural applications. Featuring integrated M6 mounting holes, the corner plate is available in both 2-way and 3-way configurations for right-angle connections of two or three 25 mm aluminum profiles, respectively. The product comes with M6 socket head cap screws, flat spacer, and M6 square nuts.

The black aluminum enclosure from LBTEK is made of black aluminum panels with a flip-top door structure, allowing the enclosure to be fully opened for experimental operations and closed afterward when completed. Currently, LBTEK offer a black aluminum enclosure with flip-top door in the size of 525 mm × 375 mm × 300 mm (L × W × H). One side of the enclosure features an observation window that can be sealed optionally using the provided accessories. This enclosure size is designed for installation on the MBB-4560 breadboard (sold separately). The enclosure from LBTEK is packaged and shipped in a semi-assembled state. The top cover aluminum frame and hinge are preassembled, whereas the vertical profiles and aluminum panels reamain uninstalled. For assembly, first invert the enclosure after installation, then align the four countersunk holes of the breadboard with the M6 tapped holes at the center of the aluminum profile and fix them using screws. Alternatively, the enclosure can be mounted onto an optical table using the right-angle bracket AP25R1 to form the complete enclosure. Note: Optical table and breadboard are sold separately.
