The dovetail rails and accessories from LBTEK are designed for constructing highly stable and rigid laboratory systems. These precision-engineered dovetail rails work with snap-in compatible rails, allowing optical and mechanical components to slide linearly along the rail while maintaining excellent lateral alignment throughout the entire travel length. The slide features a snap-in design that enables installation at any position along the rail without system disassembly, with multiple slide specifications available. LBTEK also offers the DR50F-50Z cross-vertical mounting adapter and the TG1 adapter spacer for converting between M6 countersunk holes and M4 socket head cap screws, providing comprehensive system integration solutions.
Dovetail Groove Rail
  • Material: 6061-T6 Aluminum Alloy;
  • Scale accuracy 1 mm, with numerical markings every 10 mm;
  • Multiple lengths available: 75 mm, 150 mm, 300 mm, 450 mm;

The dovetail rail from LBTEK is designed to work with snap-in dovetail sliders, featuring 1 mm graduation marks and numeric indicators every 10 mm for precise positioning. It includes multiple waist-type slots and M6 countersunk holes for flexible mounting on breadboards or optical platforms, and can also be secured using CB-2 dovetail clamping arms. One end is equipped with a Ø6 mm location pin while the other end has a Ø6 mm location hole, allowing multiple dovetail rails to be connected end-to-end for length extension.

Snap-In Dovetail Rail Slider
  • DR50F-25 and DR50F-50 are commonly used for directly mounting optomechanical components on the optical rails;
  • DR50F-25V can be used together with DR50F-25 to achieve cross vertical mounting of sliders;
  • Spring-loaded thumb screws are used to secure the slider position;

The DR50F-25 and DR50F-50 from LBTEK feature M6 countersunk holes for direct mounting of optomechanical components onto optical rails, with the DR50F-50 additionally including two M4 tapped holes for securing rail-crossing vertical mounting adapters. The DR50F-25V is designed to work with the DR50F-25, enabling limited sliding adjustment of the carriage along the vertical rail direction.  

The DR50F-25V can be used together with the DR50F-25 to achieve small range sliding in the vertical direction of the rail.

Dovetail Groove Rail Cross Vertical Mounting Adapter
  • For fixing two dovetail groove rails in a perpendicular cross configuration;
  • Compatible with DR50 series rails and DR50F-50;

The 90° slide adapter is designed for use with DR50 series rails and the DR50F-50 cross mount, enabling perpendicular fixation of two dovetail rails while maintaining full sliding capability of the slides along all four orthogonal axes (front/rear/left/right).
