The motorized rotary translation stage from LBTEK provides 360° continuous rotation motion, with a circumferential scale of 2° and a resolution up to 0.001° or 0.0018° subdivision. Precise rotational motion control is achieved by a stepping motor driving a worm gear mechanism that actuates the slide stage, which operates on deep groove ball bearing slides. The base features three or four M6 countersunk holes for installation onto optical tables or custom-built stage models using included three or four M6 socket head cap screws. The EM-RP40 platform surface has a set of M6 tapped holes evenly distributed on a Ø25 mm reference diameter circle with an SM05 tapped through-hole at the center. The EM-RP60 translation stage includes a set of 22 mm-spaced M4 tapped holes, a set of 30 mm-spaced M3 tapped holes, and a set of Ø50 mm reference diameter M6 tapped holes, with an SM1 tapped through-hole at the center. The EM-RP100 stage features a set of M6 tapped holes evenly distributed on a Ø75 mm reference diameter circle with an SM2 through-hole at the center. Users can install optical components or assemble optical systems using mechanical parts with the same thread specifications. The motorized rotary translation stage requires a motorized stage controller. LBTEK offers the EM-CV5-x series controllers for selection. Note: The corresponding motorized rotary translation stages do not include optical component retaining rings.
