Product Description
  • Indexed with 16 positions at 22.5° increments
  • Balls and V-groove design results in repeatability better than 10 µrad
  • Component surfaces fabricated from black anodized
The LBTEK Indexing Mounts can redirect a shared laser beam to multiple devices or switch optical signals among various test instruments. The GMS1 Indexing Mount is for optical components with a diameter of Ø25.4 mm and thickness less than 6 mm. The GMSP base features an M4 tapped hole on top, suitable for versatile mounting. Both mounts have three M4 tapped holes at the bottom, offering multiple mounting options, and can be easily positioned at any of the 16 positions. A through-hole on one side of the base allows connection to a post using a 2 mm ball driver. The bases of GMS1 and GMSP are compatible with each other.

Indexing Mounts, for Ø25.4 mm Optical Components
  • Indexed with 16 positions at 22.5° increments
  • Three M4 tapped holes
  • For Ø25.4 mm optical components
  • Easy operation with good repeatability

The LBTEK Indexing Mount uses a retaining ring to secure optical components with a maximum thickness of 6 mm and a diameter of Ø25.4 mm. It features 16-position indexing, with each position incremented by 22.5°. This mount is suitable for redirecting lasers to multiple targets on an optical table. The product consists of two parts: a top plate and a base plate. Neodymium magnets bond the top and base plates together. The base plate is marked with angle position scales for fast alignment, offering high precision and repeatability. When adjusted to a position, there is a distinct tactile feedback. Three M4 tapped holes in the base plate allow the mount to be secured to a post. A small through-hole is located directly below the 90° scale on the base plate, which can be adjusted using a 2 mm ball-head screwdriver to provide sufficient torque when attaching the mount to the post.

The indexing mount can secure optical components at different positions.

Indexing Mounts, for Optical Components
  • Indexed with 16 positions at 22.5° increments
  • Easy operation for repeatable optical component replacement
  • Top plate with one M4 tapped hole for accessories mounting
  • Base plate with three M4 tapped holes for optical posts

The LBTEK Indexing Mounts for optical components features 16-position indexing, with each increment of 22.5°. This mount is an ideal choice for redirecting lasers to multiple targets on an optical platform and precisely switching shared laser systems. It consists of two parts: a top plate and a base plate. Neodymium magnets secure the top plate to the base plate. The top plate is equipped with M4 tapped holes for mounting optical components, while the base plate is marked with angle position scales for fast alignment. It offers high precision and repeatability, with a distinct tactile feedback when adjusted to each position. Three M4 tapped holes on the base plate allow the mount to be fixed to a post. A small through-hole is located directly below the 90° scale on the base plate, which can be adjusted using a 2 mm ball-head screwdriver to provide sufficient torque when attaching the mount to the post.
