The pitch-yaw-rotation translation stage from LBTEK adjusts the angles in three directions. Angle adjustment is achieved via micrometer heads with adjustable pitch-yaw angles of ±5°, one full rotation of a micrometer head corresponding to approximately 1.83°, and a resolution of 0.037°. The adjustable rotation range is ±10°, with one full rotation corresponding to about 1.59° and a resolution of 0.032°. The rotation center is located on the vertical line of the stage surface, 12 mm from the surface. The stage surface features an M4 tapped hole array for mounting mechanical components with matching threads. The stage is equipped with locking knobs (which also eliminate backlash). There are two locking knobs: one for securing the pitch-yaw adjustment and another for locking the rotation. When adjusting the micrometer heads during use, the locking knobs should be adjusted simultaneously to eliminate backlash during the adjustment process. Note: Tightening a locking knob locks the movement of the corresponding axis. In this case, adjusting another axis may encounter resistance. Partially release the locking knob to allow smooth adjustment of the remaining axes. After positioning is complete, all axes should be securely locked in place.
Mount the cube onto the PRY70 using the CA-X clamping arm.
