The LBTEK Quartz Beamsplitter DOE is a diffractive optical element made from UV-grade fused silica material, which achieves the desired beam splitting effect by distributing energy to corresponding diffraction orders. Based on the required beam splitting pattern, spot spacing, or beam separation angle, the phase is designed according to diffractive optics principles, and the designed phase structure is then introduced through surface relief processing to realize the intended beam splitting. Thanks to high splitting uniformity and precise separation angle accuracy, quartz beamsplitter DOEs can be applied in various fields such as parallel laser processing, optical sensing, and medical beauty treatments. Compared to liquid crystal polymers, UV-grade fused silica features lower absorption, making it more compatible with ultraviolet wavelength applications. LBTEK offers standard quartz beamsplitter DOEs with a working wavelength of 355 nm, available in 1×2 and 2×2 splitting patterns. In addition to standard products, LBTEK also supports flexible customization of parameters. For specific customization requirements, please contact LBTEK Technical Support.
