The precision 100 mm dovetail optical rail from LBTEK is designed for building highly stable and rigid laboratory systems. Compatible with snap-in dovetail sliders, it allows optical and mechanical components to slide linearly along the rail. Both the rail and sliders feature precision machined surfaces to maintain excellent transverse alignment during longitudinal movement. The rail includes multiple M6 countersunk mounting slots for flexible installation on optical plates or breadboards. Dual-sided imperial/metric scale markings enable precise positioning. The slider is a snap-in design that permits installation at any rail position without system disassembly, with multiple slider specifications available. Wear-resistant POM balls provide support, and included spring-loaded thumb screws allow position locking.

The precision 100 mm dovetail optical rail from LBTEK is designed for use with snap-in dovetail sliders, featuring a Ø6 mm location pin at one end and a Ø6 mm location hole at the other to enable end-to-end connection of multiple rails for length extension. The rail includes both metric and imperial scale markings, with metric graduations accurate to 1 mm and numeric indicators every 10 mm, while imperial graduations are accurate to 1/16 inch with numeric indicators every 0.5 inch for precise positioning. Multiple waist-shaped slots and M6 countersunk holes enable flexible mounting on breadboards or optical platforms. Dovetail rails are available in standard lengths of 150 mm, 300 mm, 600 mm, and 900 mm. LBTEK offers customerization for different materials, sizes, surface treatments.
