The stainless steel optical component adapters from LBTEK are manufactured from 303 stainless steel with adhesive groove holes. Optical components are epoxy-bonded inside these adapters and then be secured in SM1/SM2 mounts using retaining rings. Alternatively, the optical components can be fixed in optical component mounts with Ø25.4/50.8 mm through-holes using set screws.
The Ø8 mm optical component is fixed to the adapter, then installed inside the Ø25.4 mm mounting base.

Aspheric condenser lenses are epoxy-bonded inside these adapters, supporting Ø2 mm, Ø2.4 mm, Ø2.65 mm, Ø3 mm, Ø4 mm, Ø4.5 mm, Ø4.7 mm, Ø6 mm, Ø6.33 mm, Ø6.5 mm, Ø7.2 mm, and Ø9.95 mm diameters. The included SM05 females allow the adapters to be mounted into holders with SM05 female. LBTEK also offers customerization for special sizes and specifications.
